Paula spent years in construction and rental management. She founded and operated a small jewelry manufacturing business in Eastern Oregon. She is a notary public and helps with bookkeeping record reconstruction, preparations of materials for tax court proceedings and other tasks involving record reconstruction for clients of the office.
Paula was born in Shreveport LA and traveled around the country with her parents while her father, a former big band singer, worked at radio stations around the country. Paula finally settled in Eugene and attended high school here. She has college degrees in Spanish, Sociology and Psychology, with an Associate’s degree from Stephens College in Columbia, MO and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon.
